Due to an increase in workload and growth, this employer is wanting to hire additional Heavy Auto Electricians for their busy workshop.

In return

Solid wage rates are on offer for those with the right skills and experience, ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, depending on skills.

This is also an opportunity to work on a variety of trucks and equipment of across a range of brands.

This role is full time and permanent - you will therefore be working at least 40 hours per week.

The company

Acknowledged as one of New Zealand's larger heavy diesel franchise operations this company seeks to employ a skilled Automotive Electrician to complement the wider operations of the technical team.

A range of services offered include mechanical and electrical repairs on large, late model line haul trucks and other fleet vehicles.

The role and the requirements

You will fulfill workshop and field based duties including auto electrical repairs on large late model line haul trucks and other fleet vehicles.

You must have a relevant automotive trade qualification. Prior experience as an auto electrician on trucks and trailers is also essential.

Though not a requirement, it would be advantageous if you have also gained experience on additional equipment and vehicles such as buses.
