The role

• Manage the fitting schedule including parts ordering, and labour allocation in the department
• Assist with sales enquiries and recommending appropriate solutions
• Develop and build long term relationships with sales prospects, motor companies and their Dealership personnel
• Explain technical aspects of the products to staff and customers
• Manage the incoming and outgoing flow motor vehicles and ensure all work is completed to the required quality standard
• Work with us at product training programmes with staff, stores and customers as required
• Manage product warranty issues.

The skills needed

• Previous automotive industry experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Good leadership skills and knowledge of HR requirements
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Be driven to ensure success for the company
• Be a team player
