The company seeks to employ a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive the continued success of the dealership.


Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team by example
• Actively sell vehicles over and above fulfilling your management duties ensuring targets are met
• Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded to enhance the customer experience
• Resolve customer complaints
• Develop strategies to build the company's image and reputation and to maximise sales revenue
• Maintaining stability and building a culture of performance within the sales team

Experience

• You must have proven experience in a management role in vehicle sales
• Ability to motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and company targets
• A passion for delivering excellent standards of service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a positive organisational image and reputation
• The ability to monitor and optimise the performance of the sales department
• Clean NZ driver's licence
