  • Light Automotive Apprentice - West or South Auckland

    Ref: Andrew Mose

My name is Andrew Mose; I am 18 years of age and I completed my Level 3 Automotive Engineering Course with Manukau Institute of Technology in November 2024. I am now searching for a full-time job in the light automotive industry.I am based in West Auckland, although I am also happy to consider opportunities in South Auckland. Finding a job would help me complete my Level 4 Automotive Engineering, become fully qualified, and therefore continue with this chosen career path of mine.My goal is to become qualified as an automotive mechanic so that I could be of service to others and help those around me. I’ve always had a passion for cars, and this was something I have always wanted to do while growing up. Some of my other interests include sports – I love rugby, volleyball, and boxing. I also love cooking and going to gym. Church and family are also important to me, and I enjoy various genres of music including rap, reggae, gospel and R&B.

  • Light Automotive Apprentice - West Auckland

    Ref: Vanya Ujdur

I am 23 years old with a passion for the automotive industry. I have a NZ Level 3 Light Automotive Certificate. My hobbies include sports, art, TV, and music. When I'm not busy I love to find things to fill my time, however I also know how to prioritise important things. When I find something I love I put my all into it. I’ve learnt a lot while completing my automotive studies and I’d be happy to be in any discipline that allows me to learn and grow more.I’d prefer a light automotive apprenticeship and am also interested in restoration, motorsport, and racing but I know I need to start somewhere. With that my goal is to learn and take as many opportunities as I can to progress within the field.I’d prefer to work as close as possible to Henderson though I can travel up to 30 minutes to work. I’d be happy to work on any brands, anything that gives me the opportunity to grow, even if it’s a smaller workshop.I can start any time as I am currently working part time 2 days a week and picking up extra hours where I can. This allows me the flexibility to start a full-time job anytime.
