About the employer
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join this employer in their prestigious franchise dealership. As a front-line representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service operations.

Your exceptional communication skills will help guide customers through their service experience, building lasting relationships.


The role
Operating from a premier franchise dealership, this will prove a busy role. You will be involved in service bookings, liaison with the service team and clients, and report to the Service Manager.

There is an interesting range of work you will be involved in making this role an attractive proposition for someone that enjoys a busy, fast paced environment.


The skills needed

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required, particularly in a franchise dealership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience with dealership DMS (CRM) systems would be a distinct advantage
• Professional presentation
