The role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll play a key role in providing expert automotive guidance, collaborating with the service team to schedule and manage vehicle repairs, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Duties and accountabilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate information on vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion
• Communicate service progress and costs to customers
• Upsell additional services and maintenance when appropriate
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure accurate invoicing
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

The skills and experience sought

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a franchise dealership environment
• Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer literacy (experience on dealership software highly advantageous)
• High levels of customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorirtise tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment
• A valid driver's license
